Enrollment

To register your child with EIS-Baghdad all you need is:

Stage 1

1. Students are required to send a video answering some questions about themselves. 1-2 minutes’ video for Grade 1-3 students and 3-4 minutes’ video for Grade 4-9 students. Students are allowed to talk about their favorite books, pets, family, hobby, why they want to join EISB etc.
2. KG students are required to undertake a one-day trial. For students who are registered in July and August, trial day is on September.
3. G01 & G02 students are required to pass an interview with the academic manager.
4. G03-G09 students are required to take an entrance exam followed by an interview with the academic manager.

Stage 2

• The registration officer will contact the parents about the results and following steps.

Stage 3

• Accepted students will be given an appointment to finish their registration papers. The application form needs to be filled in with all the required documents below.

Registration requirements

The required documents for the application are: –

For all students

• Three (3) recent passport size photos
• Copy of the student’s passport

For students arriving from an International school with the same system.

• The end of year report card from the previous school.
• A confirmation letter from the student’s previous school explaining that the student finished the last grade and are ready to move to the next grade.

For students arriving from a private/public school inside or outside Iraq

• End of year report card from their previous school.
• Transfer letter from the previous school certified by the equivalency office at Ministry of Education in Iraq.

FOR ALL STUDENTS

• If a student is on medication or has allergy, a doctor report needs to be presented with the application form.
• The required amount of payment

Payments:

Application Fees.
50% of the Tuition fees and Stationary
